570 P.2d 114, 31 Or. App. 369, 1977 Ore. App. LEXIS 1985
Court of Appeals of Oregon·Decided October 24, 1977·No. No. 34,593-B, CA 8162·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The appellant, a juvenile who was approximately llVz years of age at the time of his arrest, appeals from an order of the juvenile court remanding him to adult court. This is a companion case to State ex rel Juv. Dept. v. Mattila, 30 Or App 651, 567 P2d 620, Sup Ct review denied(1977), and we find nothing in the record of this case which would lead us to a conclusion different from that reached in Mattila.

Affirmed.
