On considering the petition of relator in the above entitled and numbered cause,
Ordered that the Judges of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans act on relator’s petition for a writ of ha-beas corpus filed in that court on December 6, 1972, forthwith, and make a determination of the merits of the application.
