Opinion

In re Eddie Johnson, applying for remedial writs. Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Writ granted. In view of this Court’s judgment in State v. Johnson, 432 So.2d 815 (La.1983) vacating relator’s sentence, Johnson should be returned to the custody of the Sheriff of East Baton Rouge Parish to await sentencing by the trial court. Accordingly, it is ordered that the Department of Corrections deliver relator into the custody of the Sheriff of East Baton Rouge Parish forthwith.
