In re J.D.G.; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Pointe Coupee, 18th Judicial District Court, Juvenile Division Div. A, No. 2315; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2001 KW 0364.

Granted. The order of the court of appeal is reversed, the judgment of the district court granting the motion to suppress evidence is reinstated, and this case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
