In re Rhod L. Hayes, applying for motion to enforce orders of this court dated April 16, 1990, 559 So.2d 1362, and September 28, 1990, 566 So.2d 969; Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Morehouse, No. 87-1558A; Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 21529-KH.

Granted. Trial court is ordered to hold a hearing forthwith on relator’s indigency, and if he is determined indigent, to vacate that portion of his sentence which provides for jail term in default of payment of fine.
