In re: Samuel A. Harvey applying for remedial writs and habeas corpus.
Writ denied. We find no error in the trial court’s finding that separate and distinct crimes were committed, so no double jeopardy is involved, as is shown more particularly by the transcribed testimony of the hearing of January 7, when petitioner pleaded guilty to both crimes.
