In re Halphen, Lionel; applying for motion to enforce this courts order of October 31, 1989, 550 So.2d 662; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “H”, No. 273072. Granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s order of October 31, 1989, within thirty days. In addition, the district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its ruling.
