State ex rel. Grigsby v. Henderson

310 So. 2d 842, 1975 La. LEXIS 5017
Supreme Court of Louisiana·Decided April 18, 1975·No. No. 56043·Published

Opinion

In re: Floyd Grigsby, applying for writs of habeas corpus and remedial writs.

Writ denied; We find no merit in the reasons urged by the petitioner for the unconstitutionality of La.R.S. 15:571.7 (1950), nor in his contention that he is entitled to credit for custodial detention prior to his sentence in 1965. State v. Williams, 262 La. 769, 264 So.2d 638 (1972).
