By consent of the parties hereto, it is ordered and adjudged that the said defendant, Isaac H. Kienzle, be, and he hereby is, ousted and altogether ■excluded from the office of councilman of the fifth ward of the city of Lorain, Ohio, and from all the franchises, privileges and emoluments thereof and that relator, John J. Gluvna, be forthwith inducted thereinto.

Writ allowed.
