In re State of Louisiana;—Other; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Lafourche, 17th Judicial District Court Div. C, No. 12467; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2013 CW 1239.

Writ granted. We find the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the children returned to the parents at this time. The children should be retained in the state’s custody pending a hearing scheduled for Friday, August 2, 2013.
