Opinion

It appearing that the relator no longer has any interest in this controversy and no longer desires the relief prayed for in the petition, and counsel for relator having applied for leave to amend the petition, it is ordered that the motion for leave to amend be overruled and that this cause he dismissed at relator’s costs.

Dismissed.
