Granted. Judgment of district court dated July 11, 1985 dismissing relator’s appeal is set aside. See La.Code Crim.P. art. 916. It is ordered that relator’s appeal be lodged with this court within ninety (90) days and that counsel be appointed to represent relator in his appeal.
