In re Chester Frazier, applying for application for supervisory writs. Parish of Caddo. First Judicial District Court. No. 114,558 HC.

Granted.

Because the trial court failed to vacate the defendant’s original sentence before imposing the second sentence under R.S. 15:529.1, that second sentence is declared void.. State v. Hingle, 130 La. 620, 139 So.2d 205 (La.1962). The matter is remanded to the district court for such further proceedings as are consistent with the law.
