Opinion

In re: Major Lee Fortenberry applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Granted. Hearing ordered.

SANDERS, C. J., dissents from granting of this writ in accordance with his dissent in State v. Williams, La., 275 So.2d 738. SUMMERS, J., dissents from the granting of this writ. In my view the holding in State v. Williams, 275 So.2d 738 (La. 1973) is erroneous.
