In re Eddie Foreman, Jr., applying for writs of certiorari, and habeas corpus, and remedial writs. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 65685.

Granted. The judgment of the district court setting aside relator’s death sentence and re-sentencing relator is set aside. Relator is ordered re-sentenced in open court and represented by counsel in accordance with law. Art. I Sec. 13, La.Const.1974 State v. White, La., 325 So.2d 584.
