Per Curiam.

The appellants have an adequate remedy at law by way of appeal. The judgments of the Court of Appeals are affirmed on authority of Yutze v. Copelan, Chief of Police, 109 Ohio St., 171, 142 N. E., 33, 32 A. L. R., 1048.

Judgments affirmed.

Weygandt, C. J., Matthias, Hart, Zimmerman, Stewart, Bell and Taet, JJ., concur.
