Granted. Transferred to Section “B” Municipal Court for immediate consideration as an application for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to. La.C.Cr.P. art. 351, et seq. Relator must be given credit for time served on his sentence from the date of his arrest, February 14, 1987. La.C.Cr.P. art. 880. (Municipal Court # 380-566 “B”).
