Opinion

In re Dixon, Patrick James; —Plaintiffs); • applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Union, 3rd Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 1345.

The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion for expungment of arrest record he claims to have filed on or about May 25, 1990. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
