In re: Wilfred Soileau applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Evangeline. 315 So.2d 384.

Granted. Applicant is entitled to reargument in the Court of Appeal under the provisions of Art. 5, Sec. 8, La.Const. (1974). The Court of Appeal’s denial of rehearing (July 24, 1975) is vacated, and the Court of Appeal is ordered to assign the case for reargument before a five judge panel.
