Opinion

In re: State of Louisiana through the Department of Highways applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Natchitoches. 277 So.2d 181.

Writ denied. No error of law.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. A crop of pecans is the yearly yield and is compensable. The trees that produce the crop are not themselves “a crop of pecans”.
