Writ granted. It is ordered that the trial judge conduct an evidentiary hearing and consider in connection therewith La.C.Cr.P. arts. 889D and 900. State v. Harris, 342 So.2d 179 (La.1977); State v. Martens, 338 So.2d 95 (La.1976); State v. Guillory, 363 So.2d 511 (La.1978). Reserving relator’s right to seek review in event of an adverse ruling.
