Opinion

In re Dairies, Rene;—Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 317-050.

Denied. Relator’s request for compliance with this court’s previous order is moot, as relator has been tried and convicted. Insofar as relator’s other complaints concern trial errors and his case is pending appeal in the Fourth Circuit, relator should direct his complaints to that court.
