In re Arthur L. Culbertson, applying for writ of certiorari to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 277-030, Section “F”.
Granted. Relator violated LSA-R.S. 14:95.1 prior to its amendment by Act 279 of 1980 and may not be sentenced without benefit. Relator’s sentence is amended to delete that portion which provides that it is without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
