In re Jerry Coleman, applying for Reconsideration of Granted Writ of June 27, 1983, 435 So.2d 454, from the Fourteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Calcasieu. No. 16032-82.
Rehearing granted. The Court’s previous order to permit the defendant to withdraw his guilty plea is recalled. The Court is now ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine whether the defendant’s guilty plea should be set aside.
