Opinion

Per Curiam.

The relator has an adequate remedy by an appeal from the action of respondent in refusing [496]*496to issue the permits. The demurrer is sustained and a writ of mandamus is denied on authority of State, ex rel. Stein, v. Sohngen, Dir., 147 Ohio St., 359, 71 N. E. (2d), 483.

Writ denied.
