Granted. The Court of Appeal is ordered to comply promptly and in every respect with the order of this Court of October 26, [192]*1921984, 458 So.2d 469, which reinstated relator’s appeal. Furthermore, the Court of Appeal order of December 28,1984 dismissing relator’s appeal is reversed.
