Opinion

In re: Michael Burge applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Jefferson.

Application granted; except that the Court will appoint counsel to represent applicant on application for rehearing.

Previous action by this Court denying rehearing [see 359 So.2d 616] is set aside, having been improvident in light relator’s not having been represented by counsel, and in light of relator’s having timely sought a rehearing and appointment of counsel.
