Opinion

Per Curiam.

The pleadings and stipulation disclosing that the auditor is now proceeding with the reappraisal, the questions involved are moot. The cause is, therefore, dismissed on authority of Miner v. Witt, City Clerk, 82 Ohio St., 237, 92 N. E., 21.

Petition dismissed.

Weygandt, C. J., Zimmerman, Stewart, Middleton, Taet, Matthias and Hart, JJ., concur.
