It is ordered and adjudged that the demurrer to the reply be sustained, upon the authority of State, ex rel. Kauffmann, v. Brown, Secy. of State, 111 Ohio St., 289.
It is therefore ordered and adjudged that the writ *646 of mandamus prayed for be, and the same hereby is, denied.
