In re Bentley, Mack;' — Plaintiff; Applying for Motion to enforce this Court’s Or[190]*190der dated August 4, 1997; Parish of Orleans Criminal District Court No. 265-864 Division “E”.
Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Bentley v. State, 97-1458 (La.8/4/97), 697 So.2d 1328, within thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
