Opinion

In re: Ulyessus Bazile applying for writ of certiorari and habeas corpus.

Writ denied. All but one of applicant’s complaints were found non-meritorious by [141]*141this court on appeal. See State v. Scott & Bazile, 307 So.2d 291 (La.1975). The contention that trial counsel was incompetent or ineffective we conclude does not warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction in light of our earlier appellate review.
