Opinion

Minshall, J.

I am of the opinion that the' Court has no jurisdiction in the matter, the power to act in the premises being conferred by the statute on the Commissioner of Insuranc. B.ut the court having assumed jurisdiction, it has been erroneously exercised, as appears to me, on the ■facts disclosed by - the evidence. For the same reason, I dissent in each of the other cases argued with this one.
