Opinion

The court is of opinion that the act passed April 14, 1900, entitled “an act for the protection of life and property in cities of the first grade of the first class,’’ (94 O. L., 611) is unconstitutional and the demurrer to the petition is therefore overruled, and judgment, of ouster rendered against the defendants, on the authority of Cincinnati v. Steinkamp, 54 Ohio St., 284.

Minshall, G. J., Burket, Spear, Davis and Shauck, JJ., concur.
