In re: Joseph Fershion Asher, Jr. applying for writs of prohibition and habeas corpus.

Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction. Because of the inadequate facilities at the Orleans Parish Prison, this action is warranted.
