In re: Carl T. Alexis, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ granted in part. Case remanded for trial court’s finding as to whether petitioner is entitled to credit for time served pursuant to detainer of July 30,1975, and revocation of parole on November 7th, 1975, as alleged. See La.R.S. 15:574.9 E (as amended by Act 203 of 1974) and Jennings v. Hunt, 272 So.2d 333 (La.1973).
