Opinion

Motion to dismiss the appeal herein granted and the appeal dismissed, with costs and $20 costs of motion, upon the ground that since an appeal lies to the Human Rights Appeals Board, the determination of the Division of Human Rights is not a final determination of an administrative agency, and hence an appeal does not lie pursuant to CPLR 5601 (subd [d]).
