Opinion

DENNIS, J.,

concurs. The result is correct because on the facts found by the Court of Appeal the expropriatee was compensated only for changes in value which occurred during her ownership. See State v. Bitterwolf, 415 So.2d 196, 202 (La.1982).

BLANCHE and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ.
