Opinion
We find that the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to enforce payment of the child-support arrearages owed by the former husband. See Ashe v. Ashe, 509 So.2d 1146, 1148 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987); see also Livingston v. Livingston, 686 So.2d 664 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996). We, therefore, reverse and remand for farther proceedings consistent with this opinion.
