PER CURIAM.

This court’s previous order granting leave to proceed by petition for writ of certiorari was improvidently granted. This court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal under Fla. [1116]*1116R.App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(C). Accordingly, this cause is DISMISSED.
