Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Based on this court’s recent decision, State of Fla., Dept. of Motor Vehicles v. Chamizo, 753 So.2d 749 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), we grant the State’s petition for writ of certiorari, quash the decision of the circuit court, appellate division, and reinstate the respondent Marrero’s driver’s license suspension.

Writ granted.
