The State of Florida, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, appeals from an order finding no probable cause for the forfeiture of the automobile in question here. We affirm on the authority of In re Forfeiture of 1993 Lexus ES 300, 798 So.2d 8 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).
Affirmed.
