Opinion
On the authority of State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services v. Pierre, 625 So.2d 987 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993), in which the facts were identical to those here, we reverse that portion of the order below which disapproved the hearing officer’s recommendation that a writ of bodily attachment be issued against the appellee, and remand for the entry of such a writ.
