PER CURIAM.

The temporary injunction staying the enforcement of an ex parte agency emergency order is reversed because the circuit court had no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint for injunction. Department of Business Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco v. N. K., Inc., 399 So.2d 416 (Fla.3d DCA 1981).

Reversed.
