Opinion

PER CURIAM.

In this case the trial court denied appellant’s motion to dismiss the complaint, hence this interlocutory appeal.

A review of the record on appeal and the briefs and oral argument of counsel convinces us that the interlocutory appeal was not well taken and therefore the same is dismissed.

WIGGINTON, Acting C. J., and JOHNSON and SPECTOR, JJ., concur.
