On Remand from the Supreme Court
The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court’s judgment of July 14, 2000, and has remanded the case. See Ex parte Alabama State Board of Education, 810 So.2d 773 (Ala.2001). In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the case is remanded.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
