Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), dated March 16,1983, dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248). Said order is brought up for review and appellants’ points concerning it have been considered on the appeal from the judgment entered April 22, 1983. Judgment of the same court (Roncallo, J.), entered April 22, 1983, affirmed. No opinion. Respondent is awarded one bill of costs. Titone, J. P., Lazer, Mangano and Thompson, JJ., concur.
