PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s order striking the appellant’s pleadings for failure to attend a court ordered deposition and its order granting summary judgment in favor of ap-pellee. We reverse, however, the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees for lack of notice and a hearing. We remand this cause for further proceedings.
