Opinion

PER CURIAM.

In the interim, counsel was appointed and has ñled a petition seeking belated appeal, but the petition fails to set forth a legal basis for the granting of a belated appeal.

Accordingly, the petition for belated appeal is denied on the merits and this appeal is hereby dismissed as untimely.
