—Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of evidence as to the negligence of the defendant and decedent’s freedom from contributory negligence. Jenks, P. J., Burr, Thomas, Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred.
