[769] On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement, and consenting to the entry of orders- in accordance therewith, it was ordered that the petition in case No. 46004 be dismissed, with prejudice but without costs, and that the Department of the Army be ordered to settle for $190,000 plaintiff’s claim in No. 48999.
